Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
- Manages and improves the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
- Manages and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services provided by HR, IT, Finance through coordination and communication between support and business functions
- Contributes to short and long-term organizational planning, including initiatives geared toward operational excellence
- Oversees overall operational and financial management, planning, systems and controls with the GM - Department
- Develops and maintains annual budget with the GM - Department
- Performs on-going in-depth analysis of sales, sales agreement and promotion performance data
- Measures and reports sales & profit performance on a regular basis
- Performs other tasks as required by the GM - Department
