The role of the Commis I is to prepare all food to outlet standard as assigned by the senior Chef.

- Prepare all recipes according to company standards, prepare for next service.
- Adapt to any work station requested by the senior Chef and follow food hygiene and safety practices at all times.
- Maintain a good relationship with the rest of the team and play an active part by attending training sessions and meetings.
- Uphold company dress code and professional standards at all times.
- Minimize food wastage.
- 1-2 years related experience working in a hotel and/or casual dining concept.
- High school diploma or general education degree.
