- 3 years industry experience in the same or similar position.
- Secretarial Correspondence,
translating Arabic to
English and vice versa, and other secretarial related tasks.
- Must be proficient in MS Office and a structured organizer and planner.
- Confidentiality and integrity are essential.
- Excellent bilingual- Arabic / English is a must
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with employees at all levels; including Directors.
- Responsible for high-level administrative duties which may include answering telephones, greeting, directing office visitors, responding to direct requests for information or assistance, forwarding messages, typing (forms, letters, correspondence letters both external and internal), filing and maintaining of filing system, faxing, data entry, taking notes, managing the company’s general email account and respond to all incoming emails, distributing mail, assisting with mailings and shipments, and creating presentations.
- Organize & supervise all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an organization.
- Manage, prioritize, and coordinate schedules for conference call, meetings, events, and arranging outgoing and incoming business trips.
- Schedule Manager’s appointments, maintain his calendar, and make alternative arrangements for cancelled or interrupted appointments.
- Provide marketing support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, scheduling meetings, and taking minutes of meetings.
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Provide excellent customer support and Public Relation.
- Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.
