Required Accountant - Alghanim Industries

Key Account abilities:
• Ensure all material receipts / services rendered are booked in SAP in a timely and accurate manner. • Ensure that invoices are received from suppliers immediately as soon as goods are received and services are rendered. • Validate that vendor payments are properly prepared in accordance with group polices prior to authorization. • Ensure that all inter-company transactions are booked before month end closing. • Verification, Accounting and payment of Sales office expenses, Agents commission, Customs clearance charges, Travel advances and other expenses. • Assistance in physical inventory count. • Ensure that all schedules, including month end reconciliations, relating to payables and inter-company are prepared on timely basis.
• Flexibility to work above business hours and weekends as needed. • Ad hoc duties as assigned by line manager.

Skill, Knowledge and Experience Required
# Knowledge of Bookkeeping and recording the accounting entries. # Preparing reconciliations and month end schedules. # Commerce graduate or ACCA # Fluent in written and spoken English (Arabic advantage) # Minimum of 2-3 years accounting experience
