• Coordination of project execution with the Operations Manager.
• To lead technical teams for project execution and ensure the commercial, technical issues according to the time frame and highlight any discrepancy to operation manager.
• To ensure proper conduct and performance of ABB personnel seconded into their respective project team.
• Report to Operations Manager concerning all incidents and important information gathered (technical, political & commercial) at site immediately
• Follow and enforce ABB Health & Safety rules in their projects and to report all breaches of ABB Health & Safety within their field of responsibility and beyond.
• Report project progress and status (with time schedule) to Operations Manager.
• Maintain strict confidence concerning all confidential information give by ABB to protect ABB property
• Strict compliance with ABB Compliance and Ethic Guidelines
• To maintain ABB and Customer property given to the employee (e.g. cars, mobiles, tools etc.) at all times in good condition and report immediately any defect or damage.
• To coordinate and report any personnel related issues and problems with HR department.
• Collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale execution plans and associated communications documents.
• Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
• Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitment if necessary during project cycle.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise site team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
