- Responsible for all EXIM/Re-Export, Freight Forwarding & Logistic shipments.
- Co-ordinate with Our Head Office for import/export loading plan, rates, tariff & other changes if any for the (IMCO/DG).
- Handling Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo export/re-export shipments and co-ordinate with Principal as well as with the clients.
- Receiving EDI and uploading in our AFSYS system for further process & try to rectify the error if any.
- Arranging collection report for every Container’s loaded on upcoming VSL.
- Responsibility for using Online Software ‘CITRIX’ for c/days & ‘ILIS’ (Integrated Line Information System) for all type of amendments & approval.
- Responsible for Customer Service, C/A (Corrector Advise), Telex Release.
- Also involve as EQC (Equipment Quality Control) assistance for DVAN, MTIN & LDMTY, EX-FULL, VAN, EXPIN, etc…
