Education / Qualifications: Diploma in Banking/ Management or equivalent
Knowledge: Knowledge of call centre operations, knowledge of customer service
Experience: 1 – 2 years in Call Center Ops
Accountabilities:
Customer Service:
Respond to all customer enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
Meet customer service standards and objectives
Cross Selling:
Proactively inform callers regarding products and services available from GB
Maximize cross-selling opportunities.
Outbound Calls:
Attain outbound sales targets as assigned
Ensuring new and repeat customer business
Operating Procedures:
Implement and operate customer service procedures
Record call outcomes on system etc as required
