A leading Restaurant Company based in Kuwait and with operations all over Middle East is looking to recruit for an Employee Relations Manager to work in our Head Office in Kuwait. Primary responsibility is to increase employee morale and productivity and decrease employee turnover. To achieve this he/she must work closely with the Managers and Employees to resolve disputes and increase job satisfaction.
• Degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Management
• Excellent inter personal and negotiation skills
• An excellent facilitator experienced in conflict resolution
• Ability to communicate with enthusiasm new programs and policies to employees
• Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven management skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and develop the HR department
• Must be able to relate to people at all levels of an organization
• Expert in Kuwait Labor Laws
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing employee relations to achieve a better dynamic across the organization
• Dealing with conflict and grievance resolution
• Salary and benefits issue resolution
• Researching and Maintaining all data related to current labour trends in the industry
• Develops and recommends policies and procedures to attract and maintain the best employees
• Ensure employee benefits and salaries are paid as per their contract
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally.
• Proven leadership
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the policies & procedures of the Company
