The Salon& Spa Manager is directly responsible for the operations of the Salon& Spa department.
• To achieve the budgeted P&L and increase Spa retail sales.
• To enhance the efficiency, quality, service, innovation and performance of the Spa by leading by example, guiding and challenging everyday all the results.
• To create new business opportunities to increase sales and profit
• Oversee Supervisor and Spa/Salon staff to ensure they adhere to and enforce company and Spa/Salon policies and procedures, as well as, being alert to their duties and responsibilities.
• Provide input into research, development, evaluation and implementation of new products and services.
• Maintain records of needed repairs.
• Instruct, train and develop new hires and employees on expectations and responsibilities for each role.
• Conduct timely staff meetings to review employee concerns, needs, or new initiatives.
• Performs all other job related duties as assigned.
• Languages: Fluent in Arabic& English both orally and written.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years Spa Management experience, working in salon& Spa Resort, preferably in Middle East, experience in different types of Spa operations . different concepts pre-opening and opening experience in high profile Spa’s.
• Up to date with today’s Spa trends in treatments, equipment and products available and have sourcing contacts
• Personality: Leader, open minded, outspoken, motivator, coach and team builder, excellent presentation, good hygiene and dress code, experienced and able to work under pressure
