-Provide analytical support, interpretation, advice and execution in the development, review and implementation of reward infrastructure, policies, procedures, processes, communication etc Develop and maintain data gathering tools and databases, support the annual salary review and incentive payment process and ensure that company policies conform to the Kuwait labor law.

B-RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Analysis of compensation & benefits information:
Provide meaningful analytics to determine trends, model options, identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions on existing and projected rewards schemes.
2. Market Benchmarking:
Manage reward survey submissions and subsequent analysis and develop alternative benchmarking options.
3. Benefits Calculations:
Calculates monthly, semi / annual bonus, commission, incentive as per each company policy; Prepares final reports and related supporting documentation as required.
4. HRIS & Databases:
Contribute to the development and utilization of management reporting infrastructure and cycle.
5. Job Analysis:
Develop / review Job Descriptions. Conduct periodic refresher cycle. Advise on JD construct, format, and process.
6. Job Evaluation:
Perform preliminary job evaluation, maintain evaluation records, act as secretary to the evaluation panel, manage the evaluation panel process, and support the design, management of the grading structure.
7. Policies & Procedures:
Execute, Interpret and apply rules, regulations of various compensation, classification and benefits policies and processes; Provide guidance and support in the administration and Interpretation of guidelines and pay practices. Manage the overall content of the HR P&P Manual
