Qualifications:
Required years of experience based on progression ladder, directly related experience.
Understanding of Telecom VAS Content operations, Vendor Management, Key Account Management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to negotiate with vendors and contractors.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Ability to write and deliver presentations.
Innovative and creative thinker.
Fluent verbal and written communication in English. Arabic language is a plus.

Liaise with internal and external parties and conduct research to understand customers’ needs, in order to prepare and deliver innovative and relevant related products to support business opportunities.
Review the impacts / risks that may have an effect on the overall scope of the development, scheduling, and end user experience.
Work with the Manager, Product Development to identify the positive and negative impacts/risks associated with new devices.
Liaise with Business Intelligence to develop and analyse customer data and market intelligence
