Qualifications and Experience:
• Primary: Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent with 6 years’ experience.
• Alternate: Pre-degree/High School (12st Standard or equivalent) and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Linguistic Abilities: English and Arabic an advantage
1. Receive, store and maintain vehicles according to Toyota Motor Company and Al-Sayer Group’s policies.
2. Prioritize and coordinate the transfer of vehicles from all stockyards based on priorities set by Senior management of PDI and Group sales strategy
3. Generate invoiced units list in a timely manner and coordinate staff to stage vehicles for transportation to PDI.
4. Ensure effective communication and coordination is maintained during shipment transportation operations.
5. Ensure that units received from shipment and those going to PDI are properly inspected and that irregularities and damages are recorded and reported as per process in a timely manner.
6. Ensure that accidents, shortages, damages noticed during inspections are immediately reported to management and recorded using the incident report procedure.
7. Ensure that new shipment units are properly inspected, scanned and reconciled.
8. Ensure that the highest level of security is maintained at all times and report deficiencies observed to management for correction.
9. Enforce the Health and Safety in the stockyard in compliance with ISO certification and report all incidents/accidents as per process in a timely manner.
10. Coordinate verification activities with Warehouse Management during physical stock take operations and facilitate reconciliation against book stock.
