• Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job, participate in appropriate training activities support my colleagues to attend work
• Share my technical knowledge to improve my colleague’s skills
• Regularly review and plan work with the team.
• Provide the service in a timely manner this will involve some working out of core hours and weekends.
• Manage the implementation of the IT Technology that improves business performance and service to our customers
• Manage and have appropriate control over the Microsoft and SAP Infrastructure
• Configure, Test and maintain Microsoft and SAP Infrastructure and related Services
• Monitor Policies Implementation & Control access to the Microsoft and SAP Infrastructure
• Conduct all modification to servers, applications or services and change tracking are properly documented.
• Conduct backup all Windows Servers, VPN Device, Antivirus/Anti Spam, Firewall, and Routers Configurations
