Elementary Grade 5 Teaching Job American Bilingual School Kuwait Tax Free Salary 12 month contract

Due to a last minute vacancy within this reputable American Bilingual School, we are looking for a qualified Elementary Teacher who can:
· Plan and Implement the American Curriculum within a creative and supportive environment for students
· Participate in extracurricular activities
· Be active team players who can integrate into the school community effectively
We are proud to support this well managed American Bilingual school which combines the best western practices with local Kuwaiti values and traditions. The school integrates SEN students with regular classes which are supported by a highly professional and experienced SEN and Inclusion team who ensure students learn and achieve by providing instructional support, differentiated strategies, modern teaching practices and technologies.
The local 2000+ student base of varying abilities from KG to Grade 12 are supported by a dedicated team of teachers and extended support team. The school proactively encourage parental involvement in their students’ education and are also active members of the local community.
Kuwait provides teachers with the opportunity to live in a fast growing, developing country which combines traditional Arabic values and lifestyle with all the modern amenities of home. Cost of living is comparably low and they enjoy a vibrant and welcoming expat community with an abundance of sporting and social clubs available. It is an excellent location to begin your teaching career overseas with an initial one year contract.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in the relevant teaching subject and valid teaching certificate
Newly Qualified Teachers will be considered.
Strong, creative and flexible teachers who are open-minded and adaptable will settle well in this environment.
