· Plan, design, and implement customs software application.
· Analyze Kuwait customs environment, and to propose improvement and modernization plans;
· Analyze existing applications and systems to determine needed modifications and/or enhancements.
· Interact with internal and outside stakeholders to determine system requirements using technical expertise
· Communicate to the various business internal and external stakeholders via like documents, presentation, letters etc.
· Translate and communicate business requirements into understandable format for the software development team.
