As an area manager you would be responsible for operationally driving performance in 6 Claires Accessories stores, with a collective turnover of 500,000 KD. You would report directly into the Senior Operation Manager of Teenfashion.

- Maximizing sales through developing, coaching and leading store managers to achieve business objectives.
- Controlling costs inline with financial budgets.
- Planning store visits based on the needs of the Area due to level of risk and focus stores.
- Controlling shrinkage inline with brand objectives.
- Effectively manages vacancies through people development and succession planning.
- Retail experience preferred.
- Has multi or large site management experience.
- Capable of communicating clearly and confidently to all levels.
- Has the ability to interpret business information to identify commercial opportunities or potential risks.
- Has the ability to inspire and motivate a team into achieving their goals.
- Proven track record of making a difference.
