Purchasing:
- Work out purchase order quantities based on source, containerization, lead time and stock levels
- Control and manage agreed stock levels of products
- Manage low stolcs situations
- Validate receipts- quantities and thier value
- Track shipments till stock becomes sellable
Supplier Claims
- Prepare reports of analysis and backups to raise claims on suppliers for marketing spends
- Follow up with suppliers for settlement of claims
Analytical Support
- Develop and track KPIs in supply chain and inventory
- Provide intventory related analytical support to sales team and suppliers.
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- 3-5 years work experience in a corporate environment
- Communication Skills: Good command of spoken and Written English. Ability to read and speak Arabic is mandatory
- Strong Analytical skills
- Proficient use of MS Excel
- Result Oriented individual , with attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills- ability to work across teams ( internal and external
