Coordination, Support maintainenance of Quality System, Policies,
Procedures and Specification in manufacturing sector or an FMCG.
HACCP/GMP Operator will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the HACCP plans and help enhance the quality processes within the department
In addition to it the HACCP/GMP operator has to ensure the Food Safety related documents are documented, updated and implemented to improve the company system for certification.
Qualification
- Work Experience : Minimum of 2 years with Manufacturing or an FMCG.
- Education : Bachelor’s Degree
- Specialized Experience : Minimum 1 year in HACCP & ISO documentation process.
- Preferred Language : English
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for upkeep of programs and information’s therein.
- Responsible for the proper filling of all GMP/HACCP and food Safety related documents
- Participate in Internal Audits.
- Support in organizing monthly internal audits and in following up audits observations.
- Maintenance, distribution and safe custody of documents related to QMS and HACCP.
- Maintenance of distribution list, for approved documents as prescribed in the document control procedure.
- Participate in writing and updating of QA documents, procedures, instructions flow diagrams, graph charts, forms, specifications, parameter, etc.
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations and working practices of company and law of land.
- Work with departments to help improve their systems and processes.
- Ensure that all information’s and records regarding test results of raw materials, products and product development are kept confidential to the company and are not issued to, made accessible to or discussed with anybody except for relevant authorized personnel.
- To undertake any additional tasks or duties in or outside the department itself as directed by the manager.
