We are seeking for a Lab Data Entry Operator to process all data entries of formulations and for daily work orders.
Lab Data Entry Operator responsible for entering the daily laboratory results and ensure that all required information are available in timely manner.
In addition to it he/she will also be responsible for documentation and updating information of all audited products.
Qualification:
Work Experience : 2 year of relevant experience is required.
Education : Graduate in any discipline / Diploma in Computer Technology or Related field.
Specialized Experience : Minimum 1yrs experience with data entering work.
Preferred Language : Arabic & English.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- To generate summaries, charts & graphs of laboratory results on a timely manner.
- Responsible for coordinating with laboratory and production to ensure that all required information’s are provided in a timely manner.
- Ensure all abnormalities are reported to immediate supervisors.
- Ensure all documents filed and recorded accurately in an orderly manner for future reference.
- Ensure that all information’s and records regarding test results of raw materials and products are kept confidential to the company and are not issued to, made accessible to or discussed with anybody except for relevant authorized personnel.
- Undertakes any additional tasks or duties in or outside the department itself.
- Performs any duty assigned by the line.
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations and working practices of company and of the law of the land.
- Ability to effectively communicate across the department.
- Ability to act prudent under pressure.
- Swift decision making skills.
- MS Office & Software.
- Knowledge of Oracle will be an advantage.
