Must have minimum 2 years of experience
- Must have University degree
- Excellent command of English and Arabic language(spoken and written)
- Perfect Communication skill
- Perfect Negotiation skill
- Must be Active
- Must have Kuwaiti Driving License
- Transferable Visa (Article 18)
- In charge of all sellable locations in stores (branding)
- Contacting all suppliers and negotiating with them to sell these locations
- Yearly schedule (monthly, quarterly) to change the locations (should not be yearly only) we can get more money if it is quarterly
- Also responsible for the yearly concept corners (the big locations) to sell to suppliers
- If for example we had OTHER INCOME from suppliers in 2012 100,000 KD, this person will have target higher.
- 2012 achievement of income + 30% increase + this persons salary = HIS TARGET
