Kuwaiti Danish Dairy Co. is one of the leading producers of quality food products in the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries.
We are seeking for a Quality Assurance Assistant with a demonstrated experience in implementation of quality standards and audit operations in manufacturing sector or an FMCG.
QA Assistant will be responsible for conducting any adhoc inspection and Quality assurance activities in the department.
In addition to it he will also be responsible of documentation and updating of quality related documents.
Qualification:
- Relevant Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years with Manufacturing Industry.
- Education : Bachelor’s Degree
- Specialized Experience : Minimum 1 year in HACCP & ISO documentation process.
- Preferred Language : Arabic & English.
Skills
- Ability to effectively communicate across the department.
- Ability to act prudent under pressure.
- Swift decision making skills.
- MS Office & Software.
- Knowledge of Oracle will be an advantage.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Operate closely with HACCP Team for the implementation of quality standards.
- Manage internal audits.
- Scheduling and follow up audits observations.
- Participate in the follow-up and verification on audits of corrective actions and preventive action programs from external audits.
- Ensure that internal and external observation audit reports are submitted in a timely manner.
- Documentation and writing minutes for HACCP and related meetings.
- Ensure department staffs adhere to instructions and procedures.
- Participate in writing and updating of QA documents, procedures, instructions flow diagrams, graph charts, forms, specifications, parameter, etc.
- Assist in employee training and training programs.
