Required Secretary - Dar Al-Shifa Hospital

Bachelor Degree with minimum of 2 yrs. experience.

Skills Needed
1. Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.
2. Word processing and/or data entry skills.
3. Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
4. Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments.
5. Skill in the use of operating basic office equipment.
6. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
7. Receptionist skills.
8. Organizing and coordinating skills.
9. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.

Under direct supervision, perform a variety of office support and/or secretarial duties for a specified unit/department, responsible for the efficient and effective performance of secretarial and clerical duties. Operates in accordance with established policies and procedures and accepted administrative secretarial standards.

- Perform a wide variety of assignments; operates personal computer to enter data, draft, edit, revise, and print letters, tables, reports, and other materials.
- Sort, screen, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail; draft or prepare responses to routine inquiries; prepare photocopies and facsimiles, and operate a variety of office equipment.
- Establish, maintain, process, and update files, records, certificates, and/or other documents.
