A) Education & Training: Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
B) Experience (General & Specialized): Ten (10) years of experience in drilling and completions engineering and rig operations, including broad exposure to production engineering in a thermal EOR or well-factory type of operation.
C) Language: Excellent spoken and written English skills.
D) Others: Capital Stewardship Organizational Capability (CSOC) and Operational Excellence (OE) certifications.
Ensures that optimal drilling & completions (D&C) well designs, contracting plans, execution strategies, and organizational/staffing plans are developed and progressed through the Chevron Project Development & Execution Process (CPDEP) in Phase 2. Implements contracting and sourcing plans, and well construction and well servicing activities in Phases 3 & 4.
