Product Specialist Testing - Wataniya Telecom

Ensure that new products and services that have been developed are thoroughly tested from a customer point of view and that quality assurance principles are applied during the product development process.

Key Activities & Accountabilities:
    Set up testing environment including associated policies and processes.
    Coordinate with all stakeholders (technical, commercial, finance etc.) to develop and maintain a comprehensive, multi-functional testing environment.
    Provide input for the overall testing strategy.
    Identify test cases and write testing specifications.
    Prepare testing environments and execution, as well as documentation of services tests.
    Analyse test results and recommend or implement any required solutions to identified problems.

Qualifications:
    3+ years directly related experience.
    Excellent overall knowledge of the GSM and telecom industry.
    Must be able to manage multiple products at various stages of development, correspondence and follow-up with vendors, and continuously review results with the objective of improvement.
    Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
    Management and organisational skills as well as good writing skills and presentations.
    Innovative and creative thinker.
    Excellent communication skills.
    Fluency in both verbal and written Arabic and English.
    The ability to establish and build relationships quickly.
    Good supervisory and coaching skills.
    Bachelor degree or diploma in IT / Information Systems from a recognised tertiary institution.
