A) Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
B) Experience: Ten (10) years related experience in the areas of planning, scheduling, cost control, and financial/accounting services.
C) Language: Excellent spoken and written English skills.
D) Others: Capital Stewardship Organizational Capability (regular) certification
Manages the project controls function of the EOR group throughout all phases of the project which includes cost estimating, planning/scheduling, cost control, progress and performance measurement and assessment, forecasting, and cost engineering management of change. Ensures full compliance with Chevron and Non-Operator requirements.
