HR Lead - Saudi Arabian Chevron

A) Education & Training: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related fields.
B) Experience: Six (6) years related experience, including two (2) years as a Business Partner.
C) Language: Very good written and spoken English skills.

Provides overall supervision to the Human Resources (HR) Team and acts as the primary HR support to the EOR Project. Works with Management by integrating and applying knowledge of HR to support ongoing projects and activities. Responsibility involves local and global business activities that focus on enhancing organizational performance, developing a competent and committed workforce, and building organizational capabilities that directly impact business strategies.
