Education / Qualifications:
High School Certificate / Diploma in Banking Operations
Knowledge:
Good knowledge of Card Operations and Products
Experience:
0- 1 years experience in a credit card business environment
Generic & Specific Skills:
Teamwork Bilingual in Arabic & English
Proficient in IT (MS Office & Banking software)
Accountabilities:
Application Processing
Process Credit Card applications accurately
Carry out day to day Credit Card maintenance (Limit amendments, Cancellations, replacements, renewals, customer information amendments etc.)
Ensure Card Stock Reconciliation
Customer Relations:
Ensure proper and timely follow-up on Branch and Customers requests for any new Application, Replacement or additional Card Processing.
Liaise with Courier Company for Card delivery and inquiries.
Interact with other Card Centre units( like settlements, chargeback
customer service)
Internal Service Management
Coordinate with Card Production unit for card production issues and delivery.
Ensure compliance with audit policies
Ensure compliance with - MasterCard and Visa Global Regulations;
Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS)
Reports & Coordination:
Maintain Renewals & daily production and campaign delivery sheets and MIS.
Provide periodical MIS reports to the direct manager.
Corporate governance & compliance
Follow all relevant operational & risk procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
