Required Commercial Manager - Kout Food Group


The role is responsible for sourcing service providers and tendering services as well negotiating terms and conditions with service providers in order to get best quality service at the best possible price and at the right time. This role has also the overall responsibility of Service Contracts and Franchise Agreements administration.

- To ensure compliance with Franchise Agreements’ terms and conditions and follow up on related changes, adjustments, MOUs, and documenting/recording all such changes, agreements, amendments and renewals within validity dates
- To ensure commercial contracts are tendered, drafted, reviewed, negotiated, updated, renewed and/or signed in line with company’s best interests and in accordance with its policies and procedures
- To ensure that factory and food trading sales are covered by proper sales contracts and terms and conditions in line with company objectives and interests
- To manage supplier relationships and ensure proper evaluation methodologies are in place
- To research and source qualified and competent service providers, suppliers and vendors that meet company specifications and requirements

BA or BS in Administration, Commerce or Similar field with acceptable financial background or skill
• Savings, cost reductions or cost avoidance in excess of annual target amount from contract negotiations or alternative sources
Renewal of expiring contracts or tendering prior to expiry of current contracts 100% of the time
• Introduction of x number of new service providers or secondary sources for strategic purposes
