Required Sales Engineer - ABB Group

•    B.E. Electrical Engineering
•    2-5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
•    Good communication skill
•    Good English language (oral and written).
•    Fair technical knowledge in medium voltage (MV) and high voltage (HV) switchgear.
•    Fair technical Knowledge in electrical protection relays.

Country Service Strategy
•    To focus on service business development with proactive and comprehensive service solutions to customer by means of strengthening existing basic services, white space analysis, fixing gaps, promoting high value added services across divisions
•    Identify Top customers and preparing customer specific strategy based in line with service business plans from Local Business Unit and in line with Country Service Organization

Budget and Performance targets
•    Assist group service market research
•    Identify and generate new opportunities.
•    Determine service potential of existing and potential customers.
•    Preparation of technical submittals and proposal formation to customers .
•    Report Monthly and Quarterly order intakes and ensure orders are in .

Operational involvement
•    Competition analysis, customer feedback, Net Promoter score (NPS)
•    Organizing events for customers
