This position is responsible for employee reward and welfare programs, employee relations, employee change of status and compensation and benefits.

- Planning, organizing and managing Employee Reward & Recognition, and Welfare programs
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are updated, communicated and interpreted accurately
- Overseeing HR Business Partners to establish strong and effective employee relations and feedback system with Operations and Support functions’ employees
- Responsible for employee grievances, disciplinary hearings, investigations and exit interviews and make sure that they are managed in a fair and objective manner
- Ensuring annual leave plans are implemented and managing actual leave applications and duty resumption as well as all other forms of leave and absence
- Processing hiring and separations by proper communication to employees, Payroll and concerned Management
- Employee status changes from salary, to Job Title, Grade or benefits are processed and managed timely and effectively
- Ensuring Employee Salaries’, Compensation and Benefits Schemes are updated, in line with market practice, and implemented effectively
- Grading system is correlated to salaries’ scale for each Operations Type (QSR and Casual Dine In), as well as Warehouse, Production and Business Support Center
- Maintaining Job descriptions of all active positions in the Organization
