SMVDU, Technical University of J&K legislature is a fully residential institution set up on the pattern of IITs. The University has established 10 Academic Schools to impart UG, PG and Ph. D. Level education. Applications are invited for faculty positions at the following level:

1. Professor and/or Associate Professor : Pay Scale : Rs.37400-67000 with Grade Pay Rs.10000/- and Rs.9000/-
2. Assistant  Professor : Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs.6000/-
