Educational Qualifications and Experience:
Primary: Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering. MBA will be an added advantage with minimum of 5 years of experience
Linguistic Abilities: English is a must. Arabic will be an asset.
Candidate to monitor a team of sales professionals in order to promote product sales, achieve sales targets, turnover, and profit, market share growth and customer satisfaction index. His responsibilities include:
• Plan, coordinate and supervise field sales activities for product positioning and given sales volume requirements.
• Visit assigned industrial, marine, commercial and government customers besides field staff customers for sales promotion.
• Supervise showrooms and service centers for sales and product display.
• Handle routine correspondence such as quotations, payments, monthly production orders and ensure adequate availability of stocks as per garage and market requirements.
• Keep abreast of market and competitor activities and advise Manager Oil & Paint on existing, new products and changes for business growth.
• Initiate action plans with prior intimation/approval of Manager Oil & Paint to improve image of product, franchise and company in the market.
• Prepare and submit periodical report on "field staff activity report" for all products with reference to general market situation/problem areas and recommended solutions and other relevant information asked for.
• Assist Manager Oil & Paint in launching and brand positioning of new lubricants and Paint franchise.
• Train and supervise staff on skills required to meet "total Customer delight" laid down by the company to enhance sales.
