Call Center Agent - Al Babtain Group

Liaising between various customers and the business entities , and responsible to answer to customer inquiries and questions regarding the products and services or calls the Customers and potential customers to make appointments, collect information, conduct follow-up or market the company products and services.

Minimum 1/-Year experience in similar position in a well known company
Graduate from a reputed University in the field of Hospitality Management

Responsibilities:
1) Answering inbound calls and assisting customers who have particular inquiries or questions.
2) Initiate outbound calls and interact with customers and potential customers to build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company.
3) Use effective sales and soft-skill communication techniques to convince the customers with our services and products.
4) Identifying sales opportunities and presenting benefits and key features of products effectively to acquire new business.
5) Conduct all telephone activities such as after sales survey, Feedback survey, Reminder activities, etc.
6) Update system with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer.
7) Providing feedback regularly on the effectiveness and soundness of policies and procedures of the customer service department.
8) Follow up the calls of the customers with clerical duties which include calling, emailing, faxing, and filling up paperwork.
