Heavy Duty Driver - Ali Abdulwahab Al Mutawa Commercial

This role is responsible for operating heavy-duty vehicles to pick-up and deliver stocks, items, products and transport them from one business location to another over long distances. The person coordinates with warehouse and logistics the daily routine tasks to meet customer and business requirements without any delay to ensure productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Transports safely stocks, items and products which may contain hazardous materials from one business location to another
- Obeys traffic laws and established transportation procedures
- Checks safety and complete loadings and unloadings of any transported materials, items, products
- Maintains the vehicles by inspecting vehicle supplies such as, gas, oil, water, tires, lights and brakes
- Informs superiors of any mechanical problems
- Adheres to the company tracking system / GPS Tracking System whenever available
- Reports delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations to Line Manager
- Ensures that all vehicle documents are valid and inside the vehicle including own driving license
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as directed by the head/s of the department
