Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance
*Experience In similar position with investment company.
*Good Experience in IFRS.
*Background Knowledge in Capital Market Authority reports & regulation.
*Background Knowledge in Central Bank of Kuwait reports & regulation with respect of investment companies.
*Analytic Thinking & solving problems.
*Good communication skills, hard-worker & dedicated.
*Medium skill in using Microsoft office Excel.
*Responsible for developing accounting System Microsoft Dynamic (Great Plains : GL, Fixed Assets, AR, AP, Multi-Currency & FRX (reporting Tools) & review all the journal entries & reports entered & generated.
*Preparing The monthly / quarterly / yearly consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
*Preparing / review the fiduciary accounts, funds financial statements & portfolio.
*Review the clients' portfolios reports & the funds report.
*Developing polices & procedures for the accounting & finance Dept. and control the records, assets, & investments.
*Review the subsidiaries & associates financial statements & reporting the issues to the group CFO.
*Preparing the monthly reports of the central bank of Kuwait.
*Preparing the monthly reports of capital market authority.
*Responsible for budgets, forecasts, Financial planning & provide key strategy directives, reporting of budget variances.
