IT Change Manager - Alghanim Industries

The successful candidate will be responsible for running the Change, Release & Problem Management functions whilst providing strong governance, control and decision making across the respective Applications & Infrastructure landscapes.

· Bachelor's Degree in IT Discipline
· Minimum 5 years previous Change Management experience in similar high-availability complex
environments.
· Solid change management experience with a strong understanding of Stakeholder Management
experience involving Senior Executive Sponsors.
· Experience in complex multi-instance SAP environments (Retail/Engineering/Industrial).
· Experience & Knowledge of change managing complex High Availability Infrastructure
environments Virtualized, VMWare/Microsoft/EMC/Linux/Oracle/SQL) based environments.
· Excellent administrative and communication skills
· Ability to maintain documentation, processes and schedules
· Proven facilitation, coaching, influencing and negotiating skills

Key Accountabilities:
· Design, implement and manage the Change and Release Management processes and procedures
across a complex Infrastructure & Application environment.
· Ensure all changes and releases are reviewed, risk assessed and prioritised consistently and
appropriately and that all interested parties are made aware of the change.
· Exercise clear-cut governance when reviewing SAP Application/Infrastructure related changes.
· Facilitate the Change Advisory Board in reviewing high priority and complex changes.
· Communicate high impact changes and scheduled releases to senior stakeholders.
· Maintain strong working relationships with the other Management functions within IT and Business.
· Ensure approval is gained from the correct stakeholders for each change.
· Manage SAP Application Transports from Quality to Production through the Change
Process/utilizing key tools such as SAP Solution Manager.
· Produce regular and accurate management reports and identify any trends or problems including
Forward Schedule of Changes to the business
· Provide guidance, direction and support for the Change and Release Management processes,
identifying opportunities for improvement.
