Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant - JCA Associates

• At least 8 years overall Oracle experience
• Experience of at least 4 full cycle Oracle Apps HR implementations – Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OLM, OTL
In depth experience of Oracle R12
• Hands on experience in all aspects of implementation project (from requirement gathering to roll-out)
• Experience in HR upgrade projects
• Familiarity with older versions such as is desirable
• Ability to work independently and manage client super users
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and guide technical developers from functional perspective
• Experience in Payroll for Kuwait would be desirable (but not essential)
