Provides dynamic leadership for all Project and Construction Management
Activities to develop Capital Stewardship Organization Capability
(CSOC) including the implementation of Constructability Reviews and
Action Plans; development of the department project staffing plans and
career development plans to identify, select and mentor future project
leaders, commissioning engineers, safety coordinators, project site
representatives, and inspectors; development and execution of SAC
Capital Projects; development and implementation of work processes and
procedures to assure successful project execution including Construction
Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A) Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Industrial Engineering or related field
B) Experience: Ten (10) years of related experience in capital projects, including two (2) years in a similar position
C) Language: Excellent spoken and written English skills
D) Computer Competency: Experienced user of computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
