Assistant Officer - Network Communication - Al Sayer Group

1. Install the phone sets, faxes, cameras, finger scans etc.
2. Work with fax machines, cameras, phone sets and how to reconfigure it (cleaning, repairing, etc.)
3. Setup a wireless device, digital phone sets, finger print installation.
4. Layout cables and tunes it out.
5. Crimp cables from various types (twisted pair, coaxial, preferred fiber)
6. Base configuration of the operations, PBX role and type and usage, cameras administration, finger print system access.
7. Know the number of users and customers and the nature of each user and the needs of the users.
8. Assist in identification and resolution of phone hardware, cables and configuration problems.
9. Assist in the assessment and preparation of facilities for installation of telecommunication devices, including the assembly of cable and connectors, finger print, switches.
10. Assist in preparing for phones to be installed at user’s site and the installation of the needed and required hardware.
11. Provide technical services by assisting with problem resolution and coordinating problem solving with staff
12. Monitor phone requests and coordinates with other technicians
13. Assist in designs and implements or the installation of phone systems.
14. Report to the direct responsible about any telecommunication issues
15. Not to conclude a job request and finalize any task unless supervised by his trainer for approval of work.
