Showroom Manager Lexus - Al Sayer Group


The Showroom Manager will ensure optimal sales through maintaining maximizing showroom appearance and efficiency of sales floor operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
His/her responsibilities include:
1. Lead a sales team of more than 20 sales executives
2. Achieve of all set targets and objectives in a timely manner.
3. Achieve the highest rating in the Customer Satisfaction Index.
4. Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales.
5. Ensure test drives are appropriately conducted.
6. Ensure customer prospecting database is constantly updated and maintained.
7. Attend to and resolve escalated customer complaints and represent the business unit at senior level within the customer base to ensure its image is maintained and enhanced.
8. Monitor and report on sales activities and performance and take corrective measures as necessary.
9. Plan and prepare work schedules and keep records of employees’ work schedules and time cards.
10. Coach and instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales
11. Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
12. Organize showroom layout, facilities such as parking space, and product display in order to attract customers and smooth the showroom traffic.
