- Establish and maintain Wataniya Telecom pay system. Devise ways to ensure fair and equitable pay rates.
- Conduct surveys to see how Wataniya Telecom rates compare with others.
- See to it that Wataniya Telecom pay scale complies with changing laws and regulations.
- Provide consultation, coordination, and assistance on the Wataniya Telecom employee benefits and related policies and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between managers, employees and HR staff.
Key Activities
- Manage Wataniya Telecom employee benefits program.
- Must keep abreast of changing applicable regulations and legislation that may affect employee benefits.
- Acts as a consultant for division and HR on compensation, transfer and realignment.
- Interpret and provide guidance relating to benefits, coverage’s and contract terms to employees, management, and human resource staff members.
- Research and recommend benefit plan and contract term modifications.
- Develop employee benefit procedures.
- Evaluate job descriptions for all new and restructured positions, slotting them into the appropriate job grade structure and salary group.
- Implement and monitor compensation programs for all staff positions.
- Planning, organizing and directing the activities related to (the acquisition of) group health and group life insurance programs.
- Work closely with the assigned business unit on overall compensation issues.
- Collect and evaluate survey data to ensure that Wataniya Telecom’s long and short term compensation programs are current and competitive.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, Finance or related discipline and appropriate registration with a recognized professional institute
- HR experience (compensation function for at least one year)
