The Senior Business Analyst will design and document workflow and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness. The Senior Business Analyst will track and analyze business unit trends and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the unit. Develop, research and produce Wataniya Telecom - wide standard operation processes, work systems and total quality integration for the purpose of improving efficiency, quality, assure profitability and planned growth of Wataniya Telecom.
Key Accountabilities / Activities:
- Assist the Department Manager in developing tactical and strategic product, services and/or programs to support the PMO goals.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates.
- Analyze the PMO's activities and trends and compare analyses against the service standards and best practices. Present findings and work with the Department Manager and other personnel to identify and implement startegies that will address tactical and strategic goals.
- Meet quality and performance KPI with supporting documents.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs.
Qualifications / Experience:
- 5+ years relevant business experience
- Bachelor degree in business or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and product management skills
- Knowledge of the Telecom industry
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications such as Microsoft Project
- Ability to operate in a diverse, multicultural and multinational, work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities.
