Responsible for building a relationship and good communication with sub dealers within an assigned geographical territory, for the purpose of increasing their sales volume of Wataniya Telecom products thus expanding their base and increasing market penetration.
- Responsible for managing, maintaining and improving assigned Sub Dealers' sales targets as assigned by head division.
- Build strong relationships through ongoing and regular communication with all Sub Dealers' Point of Sales (POS) outlets within an assigned geographical territory.
- Generate feedback from Sub Dealers on Wataniya Telecom product performance, customer experience, trends and competitor activities with the ambition to improve service and remaining one step ahead of our competitors.
- Conduct daily visits to Sub Dealers as per the plan and nominated number of visits.
- Answer Sub Dealers queries and resolve problems in a professional, courteous manner.
- Responsible for Sub Dealers promotional activities and for promoting all relevant Wataniya Telecom products and services to Sub Dealers.
- Refer queries which are beyond knowledge or technical expertise to the Supervisor.
- Provide the Supervisor with valuable input for fine-tuning the sales initiatives and for identifying the marketing opportunities.
- Monitor condition of all Wataniya Telecom products within the Sub Dealers locations and resolve or report problems that are identified.Monitor, report and analyse performance, progress and activities of all Sub Dealers.
- Deliver display material for display as needed and ensure the look and feel of the displayed merchandise is consistent and in accordance with the concept.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on all Sub Dealers activities, plans and developments and submit to supervisor.
- Expand Sub Dealers base in all geographical areas through proactive identification of suitable POS outlets.
- Recommend schemes that improve Sub Dealers' performance.
- Monitor and report on market development, trends and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information to help maintain Wataniya Telecom's competitive edge in products, pricing, services and systems.
- Reports on observations of market dynamics for example competitors' behavioural patterns.
- Updates supervisor on customer requests and business needs.
- Responsible for establishing Sub Dealer profiles.
- Proactively take responsibility for self improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
- Attend all required training courses and maintains up to date knowledge of products, services, systems and work processes necessary to do the job.
- Participate in regular team meetings to gain a broader awareness of Dealers and Distribution activities and to contribute to group discussions, offering a fresh look to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Other duties as directed by supervisor or other superiors.
- 2 year diploma in business or a related discipline is preferred.
- Good general knowledge of telecommunication products and services
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications like Excel, Word etc
- Excellent commercial understanding.
