Minimum 3-4 years experience in F&B industry
Ability to develop and introduce Recipe management in POS System.
Initiate, drive and manage the process independently
Review recipes, costing matrix and inventory management.
Transferable Residency
Proven skills in handling inventory operations in ERP System.
Working experience in handling procurement, unit of measures, recipe management, concurrent
Physical stock verification, waste management, inventory reports, sales price and margins.
Exposure to F&B system implementation is an added advantage.
Fluency in English language
Proficiency in using Computer applications
