The role of the Product Marketing Specialist - Roaming, the role will focus on the technical and commercial aspects, roaming agreements, wholesale, pricing, reporting and IOT discount negotiations.
Key Accountabilities / Requirements:
Collaborate with the Team leader to prepare the Roadmap for the assigned products and define the customer segments for each product group.
Collaborate with the Pricing and Business Case team to ensure products are viable in the market.
Manage the testing schedule together with the IREG team to ensure the target for launches is achieved.
Coordinate with Technology on the feasibility of offers and with Communication for advertising.
Obtain various reports on customer behaviour analysis from Business Intelligence (BI) to ensure that products are marketed appropriately in response to customer need.
Participate in the management of the lifecycle of existing assigned products and services to increase their value to customers
Requirements:
BA in Business, or Engineering
Minimum of 4 years experience
Bilingual speaker (Arabic + English)
Telecom experience
Excellent planning skills
