The ideal candidates should have preferably experience in the related business field, transferrable residence in Kuwait and a valid Kuwait driving license.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Conduct business visits to the clients (companies, groups) to present the products and maintain relationships to recommend suitable module as needed.
• Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate product features and solicit orders.
• Answer customer queries about product prices, availability, warranty, and credit terms, give the proper quotation & coordinate for delivery dates.
• Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
• Provide regular visits to customers to follow up their daily need for our products.
• Follow up with other departments (Logistics, Stockyard) to check the sales process progress.
• Monitor fleet market conditions, product innovation, and competitor’s products, prices, and sales.
• Recommend promotional and advertising activities whenever it is needed
• Provides input during yearly sales plan establishment.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports about sales activities, visits, customer listing and sales progress.
• Participate in the development of sales goals and objectives
• Assist in annual budget planning process and regularly monitor expenditures.
• Achieve monthly and yearly budgets for sales & profit.
Skills
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in related field
• Sales acumen, relationship-building and business development skills
• Good knowledge of consumable business in automotive
• In-depth knowledge of sales skills
• Strong personality with good negotiation skills
• Computer Literate
• Kuwaiti driving license
