Required E-Commerce Coordinator - Qatar Airways

You will hold a Diploma, Associate Degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years job related experience.
You will have proven commercial skills and business acumen along with a good knowledge of the travel industry.  You are able to influence and negotiate effectively as well as the ability to take effective decisions.  A strong team player capable of also working independently is required.

Fluent communication ability in English is essential with knowledge of Arabic as an advantage.

In this exciting new role you will create and deliver QR strategy directly by working with representatives from  the E-commerce team and championing sales initiatives.  You will contribute to delivering direct revenue sales targets and driving channel shift as well as creating common sales processes and new common products across QR.com.  Additionally you will ensure effective exploitation of all sales opportunities across QR.com to support strategy and overall targets.

You will transform the direct experience for our customers and achieve clear recognition for Qatar Airways as one of the leading direct travel propositions, you will ensure this by working closely with the commercial department to ensure alignment of strategy and goals.

Your responsibilities will extend to the Frequent Flyer Program, Privilege club where you will gear campaigns to meeting annual targets as well as achieving extensive and relevant visibility on main social media platforms.
