The holder of this job will be responsible for a wide range of
administrative / personnel services pertaining to training functions.
Plan, establish, and manage training and development operations/functions in order to make a contribution to the achievement of the hospital’s strategic goals
Identify and prioritize current and future training and development requirements
Develop policy and strategy on training and development issues, including those relating to externally recognized qualifications and mandatory training
