Required Assistant Manager Satellite Applications - Gulf Bank

To develop, maintain and provide essential support to in-house and vendor developed satellite applications for various departments across Bank. The applications include (AML, Portfolio management system, KMV Moody’s, Leads Management System, Complaint Management System, Loans & Cards Tracking System, Debt Collection System, Credit Application, SMATCH, Liability Application & ATM stop). Interact with business for new requirement understanding, translating the same to develop and deploy the new applications. Coordinate UAT and support production failures and Bug fixes in the existing applications.

Education / Qualifications:
    Bachelor’s Degree in IT

Knowledge:
    Good knowledge in Developing & Supporting banking Applications with knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports, Oracle Application Server, Oracle DB, Java, C++, PL/SQL, .Net, MS SQL Server Database, and application tools like Business Objects

Experience: 
    5-7 years in development & Supporting banking satellite applications

Accountabilities::

System Management
    Develop and Maintain production systems (in-house and vendor supported) and resolve any issues
    Coordinate with vendors on system updates and requested changes
    Obtain/Create updates/changes and arrange for implementation.
    Provide work schedule with time lines.

Software Development:
    Obtain requirements from Business groups.
    Analyze business requirements in the CR and develop/coordinate with vendors for development and delivery
    Test and evaluate patches developed/received from in-house/vendors before submitting for UAT
    Conduct Pretest with users - Demonstration to the users on new development or upgraded software / patches received from vendors.

Business unit support:
    Support during UAT
    Trouble-shoot systems
    Ensure business unit has required systems support

Reports:
    Provide business with the ad-hoc/permanent reports as per their requirements

Corporate Governance and compliance:
    Work fully within: risk policies and procedures and all compliance regulations
