Required Management Associate - Website / Online Banking Campaign - Gulf Bank

Manage the Gulf Bank website and email marketing and deliver an effective sales and marketing tool.
   
Education / Qualifications:
        Bachelor’s Degree  (preferably in media marketing/IT with web content management)
   
Knowledge:
        Understanding of website/internet; basic knowledge of HTML/Flash/CSS
    Experience:
        3 – 5 Years in a similar role (banking sector preferred) with website management knowledge
   
Generic & Specific Skills:
        Excellent communication
        Bilingual (English and Arabic)
        Knowledge of MS Office
        Good knowledge of the web
        Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Accountabilities:
   
Website:
        Provide constructive feedback and recommendations on website content inputs to website content creation, content publishing and testing
   
Campaign Management:
        Provide analytical website support to online campaign management to ensure optimum usage
   
Marketing Campaigns:
        Execute website and email marketing campaigns in line with Consumer/Marketing initiatives and brand strategies
   
Marketing Standards:
        Ensure marketing and advertising standards are used on Gulf Bank website content to ensure consistent and systematic application of marketing ‘best practices’
   
Developmental Initiatives:
        Manage the development and production of website campaigns initiatives and ensure the contents of the website are updated
   
Best Practices:
        Monitor competitors’ websites and e-marketing activities to ensure GB’s website is at least as compelling as its competitors and contributes information to Competitive Intelligence team
   
Campaign Support:
        Utilize WebTrends for web related statistics to extract key information and support analysis for ‘campaign owners’
   
Maintenance:
        Address website / home page complaints raised and ensure there are no broken links or incorrect links
   
Reporting:
        Report downtime and technical issues / errors to IT and ensure these are addressed, campaign reporting, Key Metrics reporting
     Corporate Governance & Compliance:
        Work fully within risk policies, procedures and all compliance regulations
